Uygulamayı tek kişi geliştiriyor. E-postaları okuyup olabildiğince çabuk yanıtlamaya çalışıyoruz, ancak belirli bir yanıt süresi garanti etmiyoruz.

E-postana ne eklemelisin

Uygulamada üyelik olmadığı için e-posta adresin hesabınla eşleşmez. Sorunu anlamamız için şunları ekle:

  • iPhone modelin ve iOS sürümün
  • Sorunun olduğu ekran (Akış, Derslerim, Takvim, Kampüs, Asistan) ve ne yaptığında olduğu
  • İlgiliyse ders kodu ve şube (ör. MATH152-03), sınav veya duyuru başlığı
  • Sorunun olduğu yaklaşık tarih ve saat
  • İstersen bir ekran görüntüsü

Asla gönderme: şifre, doğrulama kodu, öğrenci bilgi sistemi veya e-posta giriş bilgileri. Bunları hiçbir zaman istemeyiz.

Bu uygulama Atılım Üniversitesi'nin resmi uygulaması mı?

Hayır. Atılım Companion bağımsız bir öğrenci projesidir. Üniversiteyle bağlantılı değildir ve üniversite tarafından onaylanmamıştır. Resmi işlemler için üniversitenin kendi sistemlerini ve birimlerini kullan.

Bir ders, sınav veya tarih yanlış görünüyor.

Bilgiler üniversitenin resmi sayfalarından otomatik alınır ve güncellemeler gecikebilir. Resmi sayfa her zaman esastır. Uygulamadaki kaynak bağlantısıyla resmi sayfayı kontrol et. Fark varsa ders kodu, şube ve ekran görüntüsüyle bize yaz.

Devamsızlık hesabı resmi kayıt mı?

Hayır. Hesap, senin uygulamaya girdiğin kayıtlara ve yönetmelikteki devam şartına (%70, uygulamalı derslerde %80) dayanan bir tahmindir. Resmi devamsızlık durumun için öğretim üyene veya öğrenci bilgi sistemine bak.

Asistanın cevabı yanlış.

Asistan yapay zekâ ile çalışır ve hata yapabilir. Yanıtın altındaki kaynak kartlarından resmi sayfayı aç ve bilgiyi kontrol et. Yanlış yanıtın sorusunu ve yaklaşık zamanını bize yazarsan iyileştirmeye çalışırız.

Hatırlatmalar gelmiyor.
  • iPhone Ayarlar > Bildirimler bölümünde Atılım Companion için bildirimlerin açık olduğunu kontrol et.
  • Uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranında sınav hatırlatıcılarının açık olduğunu kontrol et.
  • Hatırlatmalar cihazında planlanır. Uygulamayı açmak planı günceller.
Haritada konumum görünmüyor.

Konum izni isteğe bağlıdır. iPhone Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik > Konum Servisleri bölümünden Atılım Companion için "Uygulamayı Kullanırken" seçeneğini aç. Konumun yaklaşık olarak en yakın durağı bulmak için kullanılır. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda.

Derslerim yeni bir telefona geçer mi?

Uygulamada hesaplar arası eşitleme yok. Anonim hesap cihazında tutulur ve bir e-postaya bağlı değildir. Yeni telefonda derslerini yeniden eklemen gerekebilir.

Verilerimi nasıl silerim?

Ayarlar > Hesap ve veriler > Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil adımlarını izle. Onayından sonra hesap erişimi hemen kapanır. Hesabın ve ilişkili sunucu verilerin arka planda kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulama hatırlatmaları, takip ettiğin topluluklar ve widget içeriği cihazından temizlenir. Cihaz takvimine eklediğin etkinlikler ve AI sağlayıcısının kendi politikasına göre tuttuğu kayıtlar bu işlemle silinmez. Gizlilik Politikası'nı incele.

Uygulama ücretli mi?

Hayır, uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklam içermez. Uygulama henüz App Store'da yayında değil. Yayına girdiğinde Türkiye App Store'unda olacak.

Bir içeriğin hakkı sende mi?

Uygulamada gösterilen bir görselin veya metnin hak sahibiysen ve kaldırılmasını istiyorsan, içeriği ve kaynağını belirterek bize yaz. Kullanım Koşulları'ndaki üçüncü taraf içerikleri bölümüne de bakabilirsin.

Atılım Companion is an independent app for Atılım University students. It is not affiliated with the university.

One person develops the app. We read every email and try to reply as soon as we can, but we do not guarantee a response time.

What to include in your email

The app has no sign-up, so your email address is not linked to your account. To help us understand the problem, include:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version
  • The screen with the problem (Feed, My courses, Calendar, Campus, Assistant) and what you did
  • If relevant: the course code and section (for example MATH152-03), the exam or announcement title
  • The approximate date and time of the problem
  • A screenshot, if you like

Never send: passwords, verification codes, or login details for the student information system or your email. We will never ask for them.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the official app of Atılım University?

No. Atılım Companion is an independent student project. It has no affiliation with the university and is not endorsed by it. For official matters, use the university's own systems and offices.

A course, exam or date looks wrong.

Information comes automatically from the university's official pages, and updates can be late. The official page always takes priority. Use the source link in the app to check it. If they differ, email us with the course code, section and a screenshot.

Is the absence count an official record?

No. It is an estimate based on the records you enter and the attendance rule in the regulation (70%, or 80% for practical courses). For your official attendance status, ask your instructor or check the student information system.

The assistant gave a wrong answer.

The assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. Open the official page from the source cards under the answer and check the information. If you send us the question and the approximate time, we will try to improve it.

I do not get reminders.
  • In iPhone Settings > Notifications, check that notifications are on for Atılım Companion.
  • In the app's Settings screen, check that exam reminders are on.
  • Reminders are scheduled on your device. Opening the app refreshes them.
My location does not show on the map.

Location permission is optional. In iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, choose "While Using the App" for Atılım Companion. Your approximate location is used to find the nearest stop. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Do my courses move to a new phone?

The app has no account sync. The anonymous account is kept on your device and is not linked to an email. On a new phone, you may need to add your courses again.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings > Account and data > Delete my account and data. Confirm to end account access immediately and permanently delete your account and associated server data in the background. App reminders, followed communities and widget content are cleared on your device. Events you added to your device calendar and records retained by the AI provider under its own policy are not deleted by this action. See the Privacy Policy.

Does the app cost anything?

No. The app is free and has no ads. It is not on the App Store yet. When it is live, it will be on the Turkish App Store.

Do you own content shown in the app?

If you own the rights to an image or text shown in the app and want it removed, email us with the content and its source. See also the third-party content section of the Terms of Use.
